Tara Wernsing PhD has been a professor at IE Business School in Madrid Spain from 2008-2021. She taught MBA leadership and organizational behavior courses, feedback and coaching workshops, as well as doctoral seminars on research mixed methods. She completed personal coach training with CoachU in 2001, and CTI's leadership coach training in Europe 2010. Currently she is researching the human soul via scientific methods and designing online courses that develop authentic/ethical/moral leadership skills in teams.
